As a newborn photographer and a wedding photographer, I am able to follow the couples through different steps of their family life. If you remember the beautiful wedding day of Elise and Antoine, you must recall this couple was expecting a wonderful event. This is therefore with no small joy that I accepted to photograph their lovely new addition to the family when they asked me if I could be their newborn photographer. A renewed confidence I am really honored about! Therefore, I was happy to photograph the beautiful Léonard 11 days after his birth.

Luaca is a wondeful newborn I had the chance to meet for his newborn photo session in Lausanne with Sabrina and Cédric, his parents, who you already know from their maternity photoshoot in the swiss Lavaux. The newborn photoshoot was meant to be really fun, as his father plays american football and also thanks to the family’s pet Gibson that really took care of their baby. I love to see how pets include fastly the newcomer in the family and look after him spontaneously. All that to say that a newborn photo session is always prepared with the parents to determine their expectations in the photos that should be created for their lasting memories in pictures, turning every newborn photo session into a personalized experience for the family.

After the pregnancy photoshoot of her lovely family, I have been able to meet the newest addition in the family, Eloise Rose. Such a cute baby that I photographed 11 days after her birth. Her whole family was gathering around her birth and it was a real pleasure to accompany them through this important step in their family history. Antonella, Eloise Rose’s big sister, was wonderfully helpful to take care of her little sister during this baby photoshoot. Newborn photos : Mathis, 11 days

You already know Mathis’ parents from their maternity photo shoot we made in the Lavaux vineyards during summer before the birth of th their baby. Mathis was a true angel to photograph, sleeping really well and being peaceful while I was handling the different poses. It was a real pleasure to photograph him and moreover his eyelashes that were so incredibly long and beautiful. As a newborn photographer, I have the incredible honor of accompanying future parents during a maternity photo session and afterwards discover their cute baby some days after his/her birth for a newborn photo session. Delhia is the adorable daughter of Marie-Claude and Pablo, that you already know from their maternity photo session in Lausanne. Delhia made the big surprise of coming some days before the due term and eveerything went well. She is a sweet newborn and so calm it was a joy for me as a newborn photographer to pose her during the newborn session.

For this last newborn photo session, I had the great pleasure to meet the little Elio, 15 days old. Helped with his parents, I could make this newborn photoshoot. Elio cried a little during the shoot but his daddy knew how to calm him and make him sleep again. Parents are always a great help during those newborn photosessions and I love having them by my side for them to have wonderful memories of this newborn photo shoot that can sometimes make the parents stress out when they are afraid their baby won’t behave “well”. I always explain that a true newborn photographer takes the time to adapt to the baby and its rythm so that he/she feels at ease. Patience and sweetness are critical for a newborn photographer.
